Dallin Wall

Dallin Wall is an online instructor and the Head Coach for Dr. A.D. Kessler’s Creative Real Estate® Apprentice Mentoring Program, and as such, has a wide range of responsibilities. Besides directing the coaching activities and providing support for the entire coaching team, he also works one-on-one through the Resource Line with Apprentice Mentoring Program members, helping them to apply the principles of Creative Real Estate® in their own real-life real estate deals.
Dallin has been dubbed “Mr. Creative Real Estate® 2” by A.D. Kessler, and is a frequent presenter at Dr. Kessler’s Inner Circle Seminar held in San Diego. As a manager and provider of these educational presentations, Dallin works directly with A.D. on the development of new materials, program additions, training modules, and other program services.
As an author, Dallin writes and provides editorial services for A.D. Kessler’s monthly Creative Real Estate® Online Newsletter and writes a magazine column every month for A.D. Kessler’s Creative Real Estate® Magazine.
He also practices what he preaches. Dallin is an active real estate investor, and co-founder and acting president of the Utah Creative Real Estate® Association (UCREA), a local organization providing support, education, and networking opportunities for real estate investors. Dallin also serves on UCREA’s Board of Directors.
Dallin started investing in real estate in 1995 and began working with A.D. Kessler in 1997. His investment success quickly caught the attention of A.D. Kessler, who offered Dallin an opportunity to become a Creative Real Estate® coach, and also to speak on A.D’s behalf nationwide. Since then, Dallin has represented A.D. Kessler at numerous investor and property owners groups, and given keynote presentations for monthly meetings and state conventions. Dallin is also frequently in demand as an international speaker on the topics of real estate and natural health, and has been a featured speaker for the National Health Federation at their annual conventions.
When he speaks on real estate topics, Dallin often emphasizes that “Even more important than the learning is the application. Knowledge without application won’t get you anywhere. Deals are like potholes, if you drive around enough, you’re going to hit one, but you have to do the driving to make that happen.”
Since joining the Creative Real Estate® Apprentice Mentoring Program, Dallin has helped hundreds of real estate investors secure millions of dollars in real estate transactions. He enjoys working as a coach because, he says, “Real estate is the most real thing in our lives. It provides us with a foundation from which to conduct our lives and our businesses and provides so many benefits to so many people. I love being at the center of helping to provide those benefits.”
Dallin’s personal goal as a coach is, “...to make sure that future generations grow up in a happy, stable home. I was once told by A.D. that there are over 92 million people in this country who do not own their own home and most of them would like to. By working with people in this program, I am helping more of them reach that goal.”
In addition to being a personal coach for real estate investors, Dallin provides business development coaching to a variety of business and marketing companies, successfully training business owners, managers, independent distributors, and employees in a variety of business, job, and marketing skills.
Dallin lives in Utah where his favorite pastime is spending time his daughter. His other interests include music, camping, hiking, and mountain biking. He has served on Utah’s “Season for Non-Violence” task force since 1999. A certified Holistic Health Doctor (HHD), Dallin is also certified in a variety of other natural health modalities, including Nutritional Counselor, Iridology, Kinesiology, and Herbology.
