Debbie Stephens
“No matter what is going on in a particular area or in other states, real estate is always something that you can find a way to be successful in.”
Debbie Stephens began her involvement with A.D. Kessler’s Creative Real Estate® program in January of 2001. Finding the techniques and materials exceptionally easy to use, she applied them immediately, quickly became a very successful private investor, and was invited to join the A.D. Kessler organization in a professional capacity.
An award-winning personal coach, Debbie has seen great successes in the A.D. Kessler Creative Real Estate® Apprentice Mentoring Program. She is a specialist in lease purchases, and has been instrumental in coaching numerous members in the purchase of millions of dollars in real estate. Debbie has also been a speaker at the A.D. Kessler seminars, where she points out to the participants, “Real estate can bring success in any market. You simply need to be open-minded and look for different opportunities.”
While Debbie prefers to focus primarily on lease/purchases in her personal investing, she also has significant experience with short sales and new development land reservations. Debbie consistently implements the Creative Real Estate® techniques for her personal investment situations, and she brings this real world experience to her coaching sessions, enhancing the experience for her clients and enabling their own real estate success. As she says, “When you actually go out and do it yourself, then you know you are going to help others. It is very rewarding, both financially and emotionally.”
Debbie’s enthusiasm for the Creative Real Estate® program is contagious, and her students praise her personal and web class coaching and expert Resource Line assistance. After recently auditing one of Debbie’s classes, Dr. Kessler told her, “... I wanted to compliment you on your enthusiasm, clarity, and rapport with your participants. I really appreciate your carrying the message of Creative Real Estate® so well.”
Although she is currently involved in a potentially very lucrative real estate development Debbie has no plans to stop coaching. She enjoys the process of helping others achieve a similar level of success very much, and the satisfaction that comes from helping people achieve their dreams.
Debbie is a proud mother of two, and lives in Utah with her family. A former preschool teacher’s assistant, she teaches Sunday School classes for both preschoolers and for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. In her free time, Debbie enjoys softball, snowboarding, and wake boarding with her husband, and playing the guitar.
