Irene Bozich
“Set your intention. Then align your thoughts, actions, and behaviors with that intention, and you will achieve your goals.”
Irene Bozich is a long-time coach for A.D. Kessler’s Apprentice Mentoring Program and has been working with Creative Real Estate® since 1999. As a successful real estate investor herself, she works with an investment partner and specializes in lease/purchase transactions using Creative Real Estate® techniques. Irene has counseled both sellers and buyers to hundreds of successful lease/purchase transactions, and she says, “Real estate offers the opportunity to be creative and build wealth to whatever level possible. The sky is the limit because of the never ending supply and demand.”
Irene is equally skilled in setting up a tenant/buyer database, getting homes to the “show” level, holding open houses, interviewing prospective tenants and buyers, and navigating the intricacies of both tenant and buyer contracts.
Additionally, Irene is an author for the Creative Real Estate® Magazine, and maintains and updates the directories of all Investor Associations and Exchange Groups worldwide. She also manages the 7 Keys to Real Estate Success project, reporting directly to A.D. Kessler.
She is active in the Utah Creative Real Estate® Association (UCREA), a non-profit association of private real estate investors, which she co-founded in 2001, and which now serves over 400 members. Irene currently serves as Secretary for UCREA, which provides monthly educational sessions and regular meetings so that members can share strategies for more effective creative investing, and network for skills, expertise, and investment capital.
As an Apprentice Mentoring Program counselor, Irene seeks to help her students understand the concepts, benefits, and steps to success as Creative Real Estate® investors. She points out “If they understand that there is always a way, they can accomplish whatever they can imagine.”
She knows whereof she speaks. Never one to shirk from a challenge, Irene successfully raised four children as a single mother, and she now has six grandchildren. A lifelong learner, Irene is currently close to completion of her 4 th professional certification, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Utah State University. She is also a graduate of Stevens Henager Business College, studied court reporting for several years at the Intermountain College of Court Reporting, and is a Certified Hypnotherapist with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association.
The personal tragedy of her son’s death in a 1991 car accident prompted Irene to go into private practice as a hypnotherapist and to help others through difficult situations. She enables her clients to make the significant changes they desire in their lives by helping them to go beyond their conscious, critical mind and thought processes, and using the power of their subconscious to change their self-limiting belief systems.
Irene brings years of this experience to her coaching sessions, which has dramatically enhanced her effectiveness as a real estate coach. She says, “Real estate is truly ‘a fortune at your feet.’ This is your opportunity to succeed in life financially. Investing in real estate is where most millionaires have become financially independent, and that opportunity is there for you, too. Your future is in your own hands and is dependent only upon your own ambition, goals, and persistence.”
Her success at coaching participants through their frustrations is summed up by her favorite quote from one of her students, who told her “I can’t believe how easy it is to make money with Creative Real Estate®.”
Irene lives in Utah where, in her free time, she is a public speaker for Primary Children's Medical Center’s “Hold on to Dear Life” campaign. Since its inception in 1991, the campaign has educated the public on a number child safety issues including child restraint and seat belt use, child abuse prevention and child protection, gun safety in the home, and other safety and injury prevention topics
