The A.C.R.E. training program has only one goal; to help you be successful as a real estate investor. Throught three generations of investing experience, this training program combines all the essential ingredients for true growth and achievement with all the “hands-on” experience you will need for your own success.

This Creative Real Estate^® Training Program focuses on the “Success Team” approach. You are no longer simply an individual trying to make things work on your own. You now have an experienced mentor watching your every step and making sure you are avoiding the mistakes. Through a series of training manuals plus detailed audio and video tapes, and the Internet, The A.C.R.E. program personally teaches you how to apply over 309 real estate investment strategies. They also teach a unique philosophy by Dr. Kessler termed, “What’s In It For Them.” This concept of win-win will help you close more deals and make more money.

In conjunction with the A.C.R.E. training materials, you will receive weekly instruction from specially trained coaches who will work personally with you in implementing the investment strategies you are being taught. You will participate in a “virtual classroom” where you will be able to interact and learn with a handful of other participants. You will also have access to unlimited personal resource coaching—just you, one-on-one with a personal mentor.
